Takedis Advertising & Marketing guarantees that all services selected and paid for by the Client will be completed in full, in accordance with the agreed scope of work outlined in this Agreement.

Upon receipt of full payment (or agreed payment milestone), Takedis Advertising & Marketing commits to:

• Deliver all agreed marketing services within the specified project timeline
• Execute campaigns professionally and in alignment with industry standards
• Provide reasonable updates and progress communication throughout the project

If Takedis Advertising & Marketing fails to deliver the agreed services without valid cause (including but not limited to Client delays, lack of materials, or third-party disruptions), the Client shall be entitled to one of the following remedies:

• Completion of services at no additional cost within a revised timeline
• A partial or full refund proportional to the undelivered portion of services

This guarantee applies only when the Client has fulfilled all obligations, including timely payments, approvals, and provision of required materials.
